We have several casual positions available for enthusiastic people who enjoys the hospitality industry, or would like to enter it.
The ideal candidates will have experience with clubs, restaurants or cafes and have excellent communication skills, be well presented and have a strong personal presence. Must be available to work weekends and some evenings and but we do offer flexibility with a variety of shifts.
The role is a casual one and consists of 20-36 hours per week with the focus on providing an outstanding experience to our Members and their guests.
Essential skills & competencies:
- Uncompromising attitude towards Member experience
- Be be able to carry three plates
- Attention to detail, good presentation and job safety awareness
- Table service experience
- Strong communication skills and grace under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Specialty coffee knowledge will be highly regarded
- Valid RSA or willing to obtain one.
