Busy Italian Restaurant in Epping is looking for floor and bar staff to join our Team, with career opportunities. We are a fast-paced environment and we are looking for experienced, passionate and bubbly hospitality professional staff.
We are open Monday to Thursday from 4.30pm, Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday from 12pm.
THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for experienced Wait and Bar Staff members to join the team on part-time and full-time basis, with opportunity to take part of our leadership team supporting our Restaurant Manager to coordinate day-to-day management of food & beverage operations.
What are we looking for:
- The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
- At least 2+ year experience in similar role
- A can-do attitude with excellent and positive interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- A genuine person who is enthusiastic about hospitality and working as part of a team
- Fluent in English
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve food & beverages to customers in accordance with service standards
- Ability on carrying 3 plates
- Knowledge on coffee, bar operations, cocktails
- Manage daily operations, maintaining a clean work environment
- Assist with ordering, stock management, customer service and staff training
