Fixed-term cafe chef and Head barista Wanted – Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty

We are a little cafe located in busy Greerton. The owner decided to take few months parental leave, that’s why we are looking for fixed-term cafe chef and barista(permanent position is also available ).

Start work immediately till at least January 2025

Cafe Chef (5-6 days , 25-40 hours per week)

• Minimum of TWO years of proven experience in a similar role in a cafe
• Able to make a variety of menu item and cabinet food
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Must have baker experience

Head Barista (5-6 days, 25-40 hours per week)

-Ideally have 2 years proven work experience in a cafe

• Reliable and an outgoing personality
• Maintain a clean and operational FoH
• A Happy attitude & great smile!!
• Work well in a fast paced environment -Good time management -Available to work weekends(Saturdays)
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
