Farm Team All Rounder

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across the farm, including home, buildings, equipment, vehicles and infrastructure.
• Provide handyman support to the farm owners, assisting with household repairs and landscape maintenance including mowing and brush cutting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across farm facilities and grounds, ensuring a high standard of upkeep.
• Perform basic groundskeeping duties, such as mowing, weeding, general outdoor maintenance as well as cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines, maintaining a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in general maintenance and/or farmhand work.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work prioritise tasks.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Physical fitness to perform manual labour, including lifting and operating machinery.
