About the role:
We are seeking dedicated Farm Hands to join our team at our Leeville Farm. In this hands-on role, you will assist with day-to-day farm operations, support the welfare of our livestock, maintain farm facilities, and contribute to high-quality production standards.

Daily Tasks
- Assist with general farm operations, including feeding and monitoring livestock.
- Ensure all animals are treated humanely and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in farm facilities.
- Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
- Support egg collection and inspection processes.
- Identify and report any animal welfare, food safety, or operational issues.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
