We are looking for Farm Hands to join the team on a casual basis
Location: Our hop farms are located in North-eastern Victoria, a 10-minute drive from Myrtleford.
You will perform a range of farm hand activities including, but not limited to:
- Operating farm machinery including tractors.
- Repairs and maintenance to hop trellis framework.
- Assist with irrigation and repairs.
- A variety of other manual handling farming activities in the hop fields.

- Hardworking, honest and reliable and able to work well alone and as part of a team
- Physically fit and enjoy manual labour tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Safety conscious and will follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Experience operating farm machinery is preferred
- A current and valid driver’s licence
Desirable skills, but not necessary:
- Provide First Aid & CPR training
- Chemical Handling training
- Training in the safe operation and maintenance of chainsaws
- Elevated Work Platform training
- Forklift licence
Casual wages are aligned to the Horticulture Award 2020 and will be between $29.33 per hour (Level 1) and $30.95 per hour (Level 3) depending upon the tasks you are required to perform. We provide a supportive, positive, and safe working environment.
