Farm Hand – Horsham

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Field Workers for the upcoming 2024/25 harvest season in Horsham & surrounding areas. Based with a leading crop research organisation, you will undertake a range of tasks to support glasshouse, lab & field operations.

Duties

• Manual picking & harvesting of plants
• Bagging Canola plants in flower
• Cleaning, treating & bagging seed
• Sowing seeds in pots
• Other duties as required throughout the season

Skills and Experience

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently & in team
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Physically fit and able to meet manual requirements

Given the nature of the role we are seeking individuals who have flexible availability and can be available for work at short notice.
