- Gear Up: Operate tractors and other farming equipment.
- Water Wizard: Assist with irrigation tasks to keep crops thriving.
- Fix-It Force: Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Rowing & Growing: Help with row cropping and other field operations.
Your Winning Combination
The successful applicant must have prior experience driving tractors, hold a “C Class” Drivers Licence, be a strong communicator and is able to arrange their own transport and accommodation. Bonus points for applicants who also have row cropping and irrigation experience, basic mechanical skills and a “HR Class” Drivers Licence (training provided for the right person).
