We are looking for an Events Facilitator to help bring our events to life by assisting with set-up, running events on the ground from start to finish. Guest liaison and support and more.
No two days are the same — one day might be a corporate leadership retreat, the next a glamping-style wedding or celebration dinner.

We are a unique Luxury Group Glam Camping venue, located 10 minutes from Waiuku on Karioitahi’s cliff tops overlooking the ocean. We mainly specialise in corporate events but also host weddings and private events. We pride ourselves on delivering 5* experiences to all our guests.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone that is open to learning, with a can-do attitude, who can jump into everything involved with events, big or small. You are excellent at problem solving and being ‘johnny’ on the spot to get the job done. *You need to have great organisational skills, excellent time management and be a team player and a people’s person.
*Previous food handling experience would be beneficial, as you will be cooking & preparing our guest’s food, however not essential as this will be taught. The love of food and hosting people IS essential to be successful in this role.
*Duty Manager Certificate and bar experience is desired, or the willingness to obtain on the job, with our support.
*Most importantly we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is flexible and adaptable, with a desire to provide exceptional experiences and create lasting memories for our guests.
*You have a flexible lifestyle, where you are not reliant on regular income, as this is not your typical Monday – Friday job.
THE ROLE
This role is dependent on event bookings, with up to 3-5 day’s work required for each event. These days would vary and can include evenings and weekends. You will be working for a small family-owned businesses within a tight-knit team. There are plenty of long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
