Game Masters – Casual
The Game Master has a great work ethic and high standards. You will be passionate about our games by creating an exciting and memorable live escape game experience for our players that is unlike any other. You are quality-focused and enjoy being in direct contact with customers. You are a bit of a storyteller and an entertainer while being approachable with an easy-going (flexible) personality. You are also a creative problem solver and can make decisions on time while being cool under pressure or when dealing with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Game Master
- Works closely with management and senior Game Masters towards the goal of amazing players to the point where they become active promoters of our games.
- Theatrically entertain customers.
- Effectively prioritise daily room activities.
- Monitor and manage bookings.
- Prepare and maintain the game rooms to detailed standards between bookings.
- Debrief teams/players about the rules of the game prior to playing.
- Responds to inquiries from our customers via phone, email or social media.
General Company Skills or Equivalent
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and entertaining skills are essential to delivering a memorable player experience.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Team leader experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Apps for Work, and Facebook applications.
- Interest in adventure games or puzzles is an advantage.
Hours: Work hours may be based on business needs. Shifts avalable 9:00 am – 12:00 am, 7 days a week, with the primary allocation being weekends and school holidays. Suitable candidates will be available primarily on weekends, public holidays and school holidays. This role would highly suit creative senior students or resent highschool graduates amenable to fluctuations in hours based on seasonal needs.
