Looking for someone who has experience in basic kitchen prep, dish-hand, display of catering and catering deliveries (no car/license required).

Roles of a dish hand:
1. Dishwashing:
- Washing Dishes: Cleaning plates, glasses, cups, bowls, and utensils by hand or using a commercial dishwasher, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned.
- Washing Pots and Pans: Cleaning cooking equipment, such as pots, pans, and baking trays, that may require more attention due to grease or food buildup.
- Rinsing and Scraping: Pre-rinsing dishes or scraping off food scraps before washing to ensure effective cleaning.
2. Drying and Storing:
- Drying Dishes: Using towels or air dryers to dry dishes and utensils after washing to prevent water spots and ensure they are ready for use.
- Organizing and Storing: Properly storing clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in designated shelves or drawers to keep them organized and accessible for kitchen staff.
3. Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Cleaning Dishwashing Area: Keeping the dishwashing area clean by wiping down counters, sinks, and other surfaces to avoid the buildup of food residue and bacteria.
- Emptying Trash: Disposing of food scraps and trash from the dishwashing area in a timely manner to maintain cleanliness.
- Cleaning Dishwashing Equipment: Regularly cleaning dishwashers, sinks, and other washing equipment to prevent clogs, buildup, or malfunctions.
4. Supporting Kitchen Operations:
- Assisting Kitchen Staff: Helping chefs or kitchen staff by washing dishes, tools, and equipment quickly during busy periods so they can continue cooking.
- Prepping for Service: Sometimes assisting in preparing kitchen tools or organizing utensils before or after a shift to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Restocking Clean Dishes: Ensuring the kitchen has an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils by restocking them during peak times.
