Since 2009 we have been serving up fun, elevated modern classic Mexican food, cocktails and warm service across 7 days of the week – looking after every guest like they are regulars, and regulars like they are family!
We’re looking for an experienced, high-energy and passionate Day Manager to join the team working closely with the General Manager and lead the restaurant operations and services for our day services. You’ll be setting up the restaurant, supporting in reservations coordination, running lunch service and setting up the evening team for success.
Experience, Skills & Attitude required;
- At least 2-years experience as a senior, supervisor, Duty Manager, Host, or as a Front of House/Restaurant Manager
- Enjoy building relationships with our daytime corporate guests – turning guests into regulars
- Experience working in a fast paced restaurant with table service and a high focus on guest experience
- A proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable to high standards with humility and care
- An obsessive level of detail and organisation to set up every service up for success
- A genuine love for hospitality and looking after people with great (and we mean great!) banter
- Outgoing personality who enjoys being part of a fun, hard-working and supportive team
