The Role
We are looking for farm hands to join our team. This opportunity allows you to work with animals in an outdoor environment. Suited to someone who enjoys working mostly independently and wants to learn and develop in the industry.
Calf Rearer
- Feeding milk to calves from newborns until weaned
- Feed hay & pellets to calves
- Maintain calf health
- Opportunity for extra farm tasks to add onto shifts
What’s on offer?

- 3 month in advance rosters allow our team the security to plan ahead while still having flexibility to swap shifts with the team when life happens
- Shifts are 5am-9:00am & 1:00pm-4:00pm
- Casual role
- Up to 24 hours each week with the possibility for extra farm tasks
About us
We are a young family currently milking 550+ holstein & Jersey cows between two herringbone dairies. Our herd is split between fresh and pregnant cows. Calving all year round, we rear all our young stock.
Our focus is to produce excellent quality milk sustainably and enjoyably with continual improvement in our produce, farming practices, personal development and lifestyle.
