Customer Service – Wellington

We’re on the lookout for multiple passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team of Inbound Customer Service Representatives. If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering exceptional service, and making a real impact—this is the role for you.

Based in our Lambton Quay contact centre which operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Currently we have vacancies to cover our morning, evening and weekend shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, or live chats with professionalism and care
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and service support
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing tailored solutions
  • Recording and managing interactions using internal systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to exceed service targets and delight customers

What You’ll Bring:

  • A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
  • Excellent communication, listening, and multitasking skills
  • A calm, solutions-oriented mindset—even under pressure
  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage—but not essential!
