- Administrative Oversight: Manage all general administrative tasks, including document organisation, scheduling, and communication, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient support for the team
- Contractor Fleet and Carrier Support: Guide contractors through the fleet and carrier application process, ensuring all compliance requirements are met and supporting the smooth onboarding of new contractors
- Purchase Order Management: Initiate and oversee purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating deliveries to meet operational needs
- Freight and Delivery Coordination: Work closely with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries, monitor shipping schedules, and address any delivery issues to maintain efficiency
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business goals
