Back dropped by the Remarkables Mountain Range, truly authentic and unique destination from which to experience Queenstown’s stunning scenery. Situated on the edge of Lake Tewa, surrounded by Jack’s Point championship golf course which is billed as one of the world’s most spectacular golf courses.
The restaurant’s focus is on providing our customers with seasonally inspired food & beverage menus 7 days a week.
There are a few key things we are looking for :
- Experience in a similar type of role
- A chef’s qualification (although experience may substitute)
- An interest in NZ cuisine
- Willingness to work hard and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
- The skill to be able to run a section confidently
- Comfortable working in an open kitchen environment and interacting with guests
- NZ citizenship/residency or a valid work permit
