Available for a talented kitchen professionals to join our team for the busy

Dry Season period and beyond.

Applicants must possess great communication skills, have the ability to perform under pressure and love working in a team environment.

35 to 40 casual hours initially leading into full time employment , hours are available Tuesday to Saturday as we are closed Sunday and Mondays for the wet season, above award wages are offered along with all relevant training and support that is necessary.

The successful candidate will:

Hands-on Chef that leads by example as this role will require most of your time to be spent in the kitchen with your team.

  • Have a min 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have excellent communication, delegation, and time management skills.
  • Be punctual and well presented.
  • An unwavering approach to quality and consistency in everything you do, create and deliver.
  • Passionate about the industry with a desire to create new exciting dishes.
  • A real people person that will interact with customers at the pass and create a positive point of difference.
