Our Hotel is on the hunt for Cellar Staff
We are looking for cellar staff to work across the Hotel and help take control of taking deliveries and stocking bars during day and night hours
ABOUT YOU:
We are searching for super star Cellar staff to keep our Bar’s and Back Of House facilities operational and serviced.
Essentially, you will be working in our Cellar looking after stock for our brand new Hotel
Day-to-Day Can Look Like-
- Maintaining the cellar and service outlets
- Requisitions and restocking of all service outlets
- Stock control and stocktaking
- Receiving, checking, and sorting of all deliveries
- Changing kegs
- Maintenance and management across total draft beer systems
- Maintain presentation of hotel bars and cellar store areas
