About the role
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience? We are seeking a full-time Waiter/Counter Staff to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service to our valued customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing
- Greet and welcome customers, guiding them to their tables and ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for the next guests
- Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with counter service, including taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining a tidy and organised workspace
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
