The Role
Our client is seeking a Retail Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Indigenous and women-owned businesses. This role involves assisting customers, managing stock, and processing online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure an inclusive shopping experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product range.
- Receive, organise, and replenish stock.
- Process online, wholesale, and corporate orders.
- Accurately pack and dispatch orders.
- Keep the store clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with merchandising and displays.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Shopify/Unleashed is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Manual Driver’s Licence.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
