A casual labourer is needed for some building work and building repairs.
You preferably live close to the inner city of Sydney as most of the work is here.
General building work experience is required .
The hours of work would be between 8am and 4 pm Monday to Friday for approximately 4 weeks.
The hourly rate is $35/ hour.
Roles of a casual labourer:
1. General Manual Labor:
- Heavy Lifting: Assisting with the lifting, moving, and carrying of heavy items, materials, or equipment.
- Loading and Unloading: Helping load goods into vehicles or unload shipments of products, materials, or supplies.
- Transporting Materials: Moving construction materials, tools, or supplies around the worksite, warehouse, or facility.
2. Construction Site Assistance:
- Site Preparation: Helping with site cleanup, clearing debris, and preparing the work area for construction activities.
- Assisting Tradespeople: Supporting carpenters, electricians, or other tradespeople by providing tools, holding materials, or doing basic tasks as directed.
- Digging and Excavation: Assisting with digging trenches, holes, or preparing foundations for construction.
- Mixing and Handling Concrete: Mixing concrete, mortar, or other building materials, and transporting them to the required areas.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance:
- General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, or cleaning up spills and messes in various environments like construction sites, factories, warehouses, or offices.
- Waste Disposal: Collecting and disposing of trash or waste materials safely and in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Maintaining Equipment: Cleaning, washing, or maintaining machinery or equipment used on site.
