Are you a reliable and caring person who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming? We are seeking a Casual Cleaner to join our Environmental Services team, helping us maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across patient rooms and shared areas.
About the Role:
You’ll play an important part in ensuring our hospital provides a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Duties include cleaning and sanitising patient rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces, and ensuring infection control procedures are always followed.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitise patient rooms, bathrooms, and ward areas

Maintain cleaning equipment and restock supplies as required

Follow all infection control and health & safety guidelines

Work cooperatively with nursing and support staff
What We’re Looking For:

Previous cleaning experience (hospital or aged care setting preferred)

Experience working with dementia patients is a bonus

Strong attention to detail and a caring attitude

Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
