What the role involves :
- Prepare menu and cabinet food consistently to our brand standard.
- Support kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
- Pitch in with stock control and daily kitchen tasks as needed.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Predominantly day time work with the occasional evening shift when required.
What we are looking for
- Has solid café kitchen experience
- Experienced with cooking and baking food and various breakfast recipes and baking.
- Highly organised.
- Communicates well and stays calm under pressure.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Wants to be part of a growing, well run business with a positive culture.
We are not accredited employers so, you will need to be in NZ with residency, citizenship or a working holiday / study visa. Ideally to be in Reefton and available for an interview over the next couple of weeks.
