Building Wash & Maintenance Technician – Full Time (Auckland)
You’ll carry out exterior cleaning and maintenance on residential and commercial properties across Auckland — including house washing, roof and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and light repairs. You’ll use professional-grade gear, receive full on-the-job training, and work alongside a supportive team that values quality, safety, and pride in every job.
What We’re Offering:
$25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
$50/month phone allowance
Full training & equipment provided
Massey, Auckland
Full-time | Mon–Fri 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (some after-hours work paid at standard rate)
You’ll need:
Full NZ driver’s licence is a non negotiable must have.
Clean criminal record no exceptions.
Strong work ethic, reliability & good communication
Bonus if you’ve got experience with pressure washing, gutter work, or equipment maintenance.
