About the Operation:
South Bunarba Agriculture farms approximately:
- 11,500 hectares of dryland crops, including wheat, chickpeas, barley, sorghum, and cotton.
- 1,700 hectares of irrigated crops, growing cotton, wheat, chickpeas, and mungbeans.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enthusiasm for agriculture and the ability to work within a cohesive team structure
- Previous experience in broadacre farming, including winter and summer cropping
- Strong communication skills
- Competence in operating machinery, plant, and equipment
- Experience with GPS systems (preferably John Deere Greenstar)
- A focus on preventative maintenance, with the ability to perform repairs
- A diverse skill set for general farm repair and maintenance (R&M), including silo complexes
- Proficiency with workshop tools such as forklifts, welders, and oxy equipment
- A commitment to high-quality work standards and effective communication
- Reliability, organizational skills, and self-motivation
Additional Qualifications:
- A trade or relevant training is highly regarded
- A current driver’s license is required
- HR, HC, or MC licenses are advantageous
