Boutique Sales Assistant – Auckland

We are looking for a boutique retail assistant. Hours 11am to 5.30pm Sunday and Monday on an ongoing basis starting on Sunday 25th August.

This is a host role for the VIP and other clients coming in purchasing high end watches etc. This role requires luxury customer service, high presentation, strong English, able to greet customers and a friendly personality.

This role is a boutique support role. Tasks would include:

Welcoming the clients into our boutique at the door

Providing water, reading material while they wait

Small friendly talk and if needed, management of clients (i.e. asking them to come back if boutique is at full capacity)

Answering the phones

Tidy merchandising / areas

Previous retail experience would be advantageous along with a high level of presentation as this is a very high end store which requires exceptional customer service.
