We are on the hunt for a well presented, charismatic and confident Casual Food and Beverage attendants who have an intimate understanding of how to deliver impeccable and attentive table service. The positions available are for 12-15 hours per week, predominantly on Friday and Saturday nights. Importantly: the applicant must be prepared to work night shift, until early hours of the morning (for example, 6am). For the right candidates, there are also part time roles available.
The successful applicants will be working in Ocean 12’s renowned Karaoke rooms or Ocean 12’s prestigious VIP rooms. The successful applicants will be responsible for hosting to entire groups/bookings and occasionally responsible for catering for high profile guests. Duties will include: making drinks; cleaning after; hosting; taking and placing orders for Ocean 12’s guests. The applicant would ideally be well versed in Food, Cocktails, Whiskey, Wine and Mocktails, however training will be provided. To be successful in this application you will:
• Have an ambitious and positive attitude who works well with team members
• Have a service focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service
• Have a confident and charismatic approach to service, as this role will necessitate some hosting
• Experience in RSA and liquor compliance in Victoria
• Be supremely organised
• Be prepared to work Friday and Saturdays
• Impeccably presented with excellent personal hygiene
• Hold a current and updated (refreshed) RSA
