We are looking for Bartenders / Front of house staff to join our team:
PAY RATE
- $24-$27 per hour
MINIMUM HOURS OF WORK
- 30 hours per week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complying with The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, all amendments, any local alcohol policies.
- Making beverage offerings with speed to Company standards as mandated by the Managing Director.
- Maintaining a clean work environment, including following the cleaning schedules.
- Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment.
- Attend trainings for food and beverage.
- Checking and signing off on stock deliveries, communicating any variances with deliveries to the Duty Manager.
- Any other duties that the Management team may require of you.
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures are adhered to.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar style of venue.
