Bartender

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in classic and contemporary cocktails, with confidence in using shakers and other bartending techniques.
• A deep knowledge and passion for wine to confidently recommend and upsell to guests.
• Professional, reliable, and able to commit to a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Highly organised, with experience in bar setup, stock management, and managing a fast pace with multiple orders efficiently.
• A people person—engaging and confident when interacting with guests and providing exceptional service.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Crafting and serving premium cocktails, wine, and beverages to a high standard.
• Engaging with guests to explain drink options, offer recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Maintaining stock levels, ensuring a clean and organised bar, and processing orders efficiently.
• Assisting with food and drink service, including order running during winter months.
