Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience as a cocktail bartender or similar role in a upscale restaurant or bar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of beverage, mixology techniques, and premium spirits.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
- RSA certification and relevant liquor licensing requirements.
- Wine knowledge is highly desirable but not compulsory.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Making and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Maintain the cleanliness and the bar organisation.
- Learn & develop cocktails and spirit list under the guidance of manager.
