About Role:
Responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Provide an exceptional level of service in every guest interaction
- Keep the bar clean and presentable
- Preparation of ingredients
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Create effective relationships with the Kitchen and waitstaff team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working in a bar or restaurant
- High standard of grooming and presentation
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- An ability to work quickly, multitasking to make everything about our guests
- Flexibility in rosters working morning, afternoon & night shifts
- Full time role – 40 hours per week
