We are a vibrant, all-day restaurant with a contemporary Japanese-inspired design. The refectory-style dining room is flanked by a long, open kitchen and bar; downstairs, there’s a hidden space for events, parties, and karaoke. Our menu is influenced by the cuisines of Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul, and Hong Kong. We celebrate the concept of shared feasts with a selection of classic dishes as well as creative reinterpretations.
Our bar team is professional, fast-paced, and enthusiastic. This is not a “hands-off” bar job. You’ll receive regular training sessions, hands-on learning, and ongoing opportunities to help shape our diverse beverage program! You’ll be working alongside chefs, sommeliers, and bartenders of various skill levels in a dynamic environment with lots of moving parts. This means each shift is unique and requires flexibility and a no-ego approach.
