The Role:
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Baristas at our Lt Collins venue. We are offering an exciting chance to work with an experienced, professional crew and a wide range of equipment in a progressive environment, this is a position for serious applicants only.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Join a strong team of passionate Baristas within a recognised brand
- Work with a leading specialty coffee roaster with an innovative approach to coffee
- Be supported by an award-winning roasting team, Head Barista and Barista Trainer
- Brew a range of espresso blends, single origins, and a variety of filter methods
- Work with state-of-the-art coffee equipment
- Attend our regular coffee tasting sessions
- Position yourself to grow within an exciting company with future opportunities
You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
- A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
- Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, troubleshooting etc.)
- A strong work ethic with a customer-focus and positive attitude
- The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
- The ability to work a minimum three days a week including weekends
