We are looking for an experienced barista for our venue in Albert Park.
Our business is one of Albert Park’s leading cafes, currently selling 70kgs of coffee per week. We are open for breakfast and lunch service and are able to seat up to 90 customers.
Applicants ideally should have the following:
– 1 to 2 years of experience working behind the machine in a fast paced café environment
– Experience in dialing in, maintaining espresso recipes, knowledge of dose, yield, contact time
– The ability to execute presentable latte art efficiently, managing docket wait times
