We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join the team at our venue – a proudly plant-based restaurant committed to sustainability, creativity and delicious drinks.

The Role
As our Bar Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving the creative and operational direction of the bar. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a seasonal, sustainable drinks menu, including innovative cocktails and mocktails.
- Managing bar inventory, ordering and cost control to ensure efficient and ethical stock management.
- Training and mentoring the bar team to deliver exceptional service and uphold our values.
- Educating floor staff on the drinks offering so the whole team can confidently guide guests.
- Collaborating with the management team to align the bar with overall service goals and sustainability initiatives.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in a bar leadership or senior bar role.
- A creative and considered approach to drink creation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in ordering and stock control.
- Confidence in leading and developing a team.
- An understanding of sustainable practices and a genuine commitment to environmentally conscious hospitality.
