Bar Staff – Uralla

We are seeking a fulltime all rounder willing to work both in the bar and front of house at our Inn in Uralla. Located in the heart of Uralla NSW 2358, famous for our hospitality and culinary expertise – we take pride in providing the best dining and beverage experience for our customers. Having only been open for over 7 months, we are already well established ourselves with an amazing customer base. We are seeking a flexible enthusiastic bar/front of house all rounder to join our team (must be available to be flexible to work all rotational shifts which include, mornings, evenings and weekend shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments, providing change, and reconciling cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when requested.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
• Greet guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items or special accommodations.
• Monitor tables for any signs of dissatisfaction and take proactive steps to address concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the area at all times.
