About the role
● Providing Food and Beverage service to guests
● Support with stock control & replenishment
● Cash handling at our points of sale required
● Follow supervisor’s requests to perform other tasks from time to time which contribute to the
overall success of the venue’s operations
About You
● You provide outstanding customer service by communicating warmly, friendly, respectfully
and effectively as well as answering customer queries in the venue and by phone.
● You understand and comply with safety and health policies, procedures and role
responsibilities
● You are competent in Responsible Service of Alcohol as appropriate and comply with the
intent and legal obligations of RSA.
