Our business is stepping into the night — and we’re looking for the right people to bring the same charm, energy, and polish we’re known for into our evening service.
We’ve just launched our nighttime operations, and we’re on the lookout for passionate and professional waiters and bar staff to join the crew. Whether you’re pouring martinis or delivering plates with finesse, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team bringing warmth, confidence, and attention to detail to every service.
What we’re looking for:
- FOH all-rounders and experienced bar staff
- A natural flair for hospitality — you get what makes great service
- Availability for evening shifts, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (potential for hours during the day if requested)
- Confident communicators with a calm and capable presence
- Knowledge (or a keen interest!) in wine, cocktails, and produce-led menus
- Team players with a proactive, can-do attitude
