Assisting in the preparation of bakery food items including sandwiches, breakfast items and pastry products.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation and production of bakery items by following established recipes and procedures.
- Consistently monitoring stock levels to ensure availability and minimize waste.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas as needed.
- Upholding Health and Safety policies and food safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Work a full time roster, 5 shifts per week
- Early morning shifts, earliest shift starts at 4am
- Friendly and a can do attitude
- Being able to work in a fast paced, team environment
