We are currently looking for an experienced mechanic or a mechanically minded person to join our team at our garage in Akaroa.
Experience as a mechanic in a workshop environment is a PLUS but not essential – training can be provided on tyre fitting and basic mechanic tasks in the workshop
- Minimum 30hours guaranteed (likely more)
- Pay rate dependant on experience
- This could be a short term or long term opportunity for the right person
- MUST have a clean drivers license
Job includes
- Basic vehicle servicing
- Vehicle repairs
- Tyre fitting
- Picking up or dropping off customer cars and equipment
We are in a small seaside town in Canterbury so work on a range of vehicles and equipment so we are hunting for someone who is willing to learn and who has a can-do attitude!
We can assist with accommodation and there is plenty of other work in the town for friends or partners!
