Join us, a vibrant new Indian restaurant in Sandy Bay, as a Front of House & Bartender All-Rounder! We’re seeking someone with 1–2 years of proven experience both on the floor and behind the bar, who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Your Role Will Include:
- Greeting and serving guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Managing food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and a variety of drinks
- Creating a welcoming and smooth-flowing dining and bar experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance across both bar and dining areas
- Sharing menu knowledge and making recommendations
- Working as part of a close-knit, passionate team
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years experience in both bar and floor service is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence with drink preparation and basic mixology
- RSA certified (or willing to obtain one)
- Energetic, positive, and able to multitask under pressure
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Genuine interest in food, culture, and hospitality
