- Strong Communicators: Comfortable and clear in English, able to interact warmly with both customers and colleagues.
- Customer-Focused: You genuinely enjoy making a customer’s day better.
- Experienced in Coffee Making: Barista skills are a significant advantage!
- Hospitality Experience: Some prior café or hospitality experience is beneficial, but not always essential for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team Players: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are happy to help out wherever needed.
Here’s when we need you:
- For Weekday Shifts: Available to work 4 to 5 days, Monday to Friday. The specific hours each day will vary (e.g., may include opening, mid, or closing shifts), and we can discuss this flexibility with you.
- For Weekend Shifts: Available to work Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (or 6:30 pm).
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handling payments efficiently and with integrity.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and inviting patisserie environment.
- Skillfully preparing and serving our delicious range of cakes, pastries, and coffee.
- Assisting with stock management and display presentation.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
