Lodge Assistant – All-Rounder/ Kitchen/ Front of house/ Housekeeping
We are seeking experienced all rounders which could be local or live-in to join our team for the last 3 months of our busy 2025 summer season.
The standard roles includes a range of customer service, including front of house, food and bar service, kitchen and food preparation, housekeeping and administration. We provide a thorough induction and job training in a supportive team environment.
We are looking for applicants with great customer service ethic and the ability to work in a team environment. Applicants must be able to work on roster across all days of the week. Couples are welcome to apply!
A Licensed Controller Qualification/ previous bar manager cert. is desirable as well as any kitchen qualifications. We also welcome experience with cooking, front of house, cleaning. Given the remote location, access to transport in and out of the forest is recommended.
We will look at candidates who either travel-in or live-in. The live-in crew are accommodated in comfortable and private on-site cabins.
