Our Italian Restaurant and Bar is an iconic establishment situated in the heart of Mt Buller Village. We are known for our mouth-watering a la carte menu, pizzas, fun atmosphere and our exceptional customer service. We make the majority of our dishes in-house with high-quality produce (including our pizza dough and pasta which is made each day) and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get!

THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced food and beverage staff (all levels) that can perform under pressure, with a smile, in a fast pace environment. With customer service your priority, you will be highly motivated, professional and able to wait tables and work in a bistro style setting. Experience at the cashier, coffee and bar an advantage.
You will be busy during the peak snow season; it is full-on and busy most of the time, however, we do have quieter times and this is the perfect opportunity for you to reward yourself for your hard work and make use of the facilities the resort has on offer.
WHAT YOU NEED

- Strong front of house and customer service experience a must
- Experience with up-selling menu and specials
