Work and Travel help make your stay easier and stress-free. From arrival to departure, we provide you with everything you need to work, travel, study and live in Australia. With Work and Travel, there’s more (time!) to explore!

Included in the Work and Travel package is an airport pickup service. Whether your flight arrives first thing in the morning or late at night, our friendly staff will be there to greet you at the airport. We monitor arrival times closely but do call us on the emergency number if you arrive early or are delayed by more than one hour! Just look for the Work and Travel sign in the airport when you land, and we will drop you at your hostel door.

Within a few days of arriving, we will introduce you to your home-base in Australia, the Work and Travel Company (WTC) centre. Here we provide unlimited internet access, travel information, your mail holding service, helpful advice and our staff are always available to answer questions from campervan hire to which beaches have the best surf breaks!

The orientation session is an opportunity to learn everything you need to know about your new home! We cover everything from beach safety, road safety (especially for those of you who are not used to driving on the “wrong” side of the road), the best places to visit and the best time of year to travel there, to the best local pubs and upcoming social events. We provide you with a WTC photo ID card, all the best travel deals and your first opportunity to meet other travellers.

We will give you information about your new bank account, superannuation account and tax file number. We provide all the support needed to work in Australia and get you working as soon as possible!
